Tenders are invited to framework agreement - legal assistance to the local government and modernization debt, ecoms section
Short description: Municipal and modernization Department wants to enter into a framework agreement on obtaining assistance related to ongoing legal issues in the field of electronic communications (EKOM), including delimited tasks in connection with legal and regulatory work, and the complaint management of National communication authority decisions. It will also be relevant to request investigations and assessments of legal issues related to EEA law and other international obligations, public procurement, state support regulations, competition law, administrative law, bankruptcy law and corporate law, and other laws related to the ecommerce. The Ministry of Municipal and Modernization desires in the above case to be able to associate with expertise in the purchase of legal advisory services.
