- Framework agreement for legal assistance in relation to establishment of loan agreements under the Green Industry Financing (GIF) scheme The purpose of the procurement is to cover the client's need for legal assistance in connection with loans under the scheme Green Industry Financing (GIF) and exceptionally in connection with the granting of larger market loans that are to be part of a loan syndicate together with other banks. The personnel offered by the supplier must have relevant and formal competence to provide legal assistance under Norwegian law, and within the areas of law that are relevant under the framework agreement. The client assumes that the delivery is carried out in accordance with a high professional standard and in a cost-effective manner. The extent of the assistance is adapted to the size of the individual loan. All completed hours must be able to documented and followed up if necessary. Normally, all external legal costs related to specific projects will be invoiced to the loan customer. The delivery must be carried out in Norwegian, and English if necessary.
