- Tenders Are Invited The aim is to conclude non-exclusive, parallel framework agreements with up to three different suppliers (hereinafter Suppliers/Providers) for the purchase of legal services related to the Client's exercise of direct ownership in companies. The client has its own employed lawyers who provide advice and supportfalls within most legal areas of importance for the Principal's exercise of ownership. In cases where the Client's own lawyers do not have the capacity to provide the necessary legal assistance, and/or special expertise is required in areas of law that are not covered internally or in addition to what is covered internally, there may be a need for external assistance. Providers must be able to offer specialist expertise in general Norwegian company law, stock exchange and capital market law, transactions, financing and general agreement and contract law. Providers must also have very good expertise within other relevant Norwegian fomanagement legal and general legal areas that affect the Principal's exercise of ownership, including climate and environmental law, ESG and compliance, tax law and competition and state aid law. The estimated value of the acquisition is NOK 5 million - NOK 10 million excl. VAT. per year. That is an estimated totalvalue of up to NOK 40 million excl. VAT. at maximum contract length. The client wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 3 suppliers.
