Framework agreement, license partner (LSP) The purpose of the framework agreement is to associate a partner who will deliver and offer services related to the client's needs for: • Acquisition of software licenses and cloud services (including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS) • Data platforms and analysis solutions • Maintenance and management of licenses and cloud subscriptions • License and cost advice FTF wants the supplier to be able to offer advisory services related to the products in the agreement, including technical advice, best practices, migration and implementation support. FTF is free to use such services through this agreement or through other agreements. The agreement must ensure that FTF has the most appropriate and economically favorable agreements at all times, regardless of pricing model. The supplier must have broad expertise in modern cloud platforms and data platforms, as well as access to a wide range of products from leading suppliers.
