Clients for this competition are Indigo ICT IKS with associated owner municipalities and their associated operating units and municipal enterprises (KF) ("Indigo"), Digital Gardermoen KO with associated owner municipalities and their associated operating units and municipal enterprises (KF) ("DGI") and Bodø Municipality, including the municipality of Hamarøy, Røsten, Røsten, Røsten, Røsten.
