• Framework agreement Licenses and license management The principals for this competition are Indigo IKT IKS with associated owner municipalities and their associated operating units and municipal enterprises (KF) (Indigo), Digitale Gardermoen KO with associated owner municipalities and their associated operating units and municipal enterprises (KF) (DGI) and Bodø municipality including Hamarøy, Røst and Rødøy municipalities with associated operating units and their municipal enterprises (KF), as well as Salten Brann IKS. The purpose of the procurement is to meet the Client's needs for purchasing and managing Microsoft and Citrix licenses. This involves the purchase and maintenance of licenses and software, and internal consultancy/Software Asset Management (SAM). License purchases must be made via the Supplier who sells third-party licences. The agreement shall cover the Client's needs for licenses and management as they change during the agreement period. This agreement shall cover all of the Client's needs for Microsoft and Citrix licenses and associated management. The customer may also need to buy other licenses, including Adobe and Veeam. The procurement is carried out in collaboration between three public ICT environments: Indigo IKT IKS, Digitale Gardermoen KO and Bodø municipality, which together represent over 110,000 inhabitants and serve more than 40,000 active IT users distributed over several hundred locations.
