- Framework agreement on local building automation Stavanger municipality needs to acquire a framework agreement for service and maintenance of local building automation. The framework agreement is divided into seven (7) subcontracts based on the following systems. Codesys (subcontract 1) Tridium Niagara (subcontract 2)Beckhoff (subcontract 3)Siemens (subcontract 4)Schneider (subcontract 5)Saia (subcontract 6)Trend - IQ (subcontract 7)The tenderer can submit offers for one or more subcontracts. See attached Framework agreement on local building automation point 1.7 allocation of contracts within the framework agreement for an overview of the number of agreements the client intends to enter into per subcontract. The subcontracts must cover service and maintenance within given automation systems that the municipality has on its buildings as well as necessary adjacent components on the building. Suppliers participating in the framework agreement must agree to supplement with all their existing program files and plant documentation for existing locations at the client's, these will be included in the share of available applications in the framework agreement. If the amount of available applications offered in the subcontracts is not of a significant amount to implement the framework agreement as designed and intended, the client will consider canceling the subcontracts in question.
