Description:
Concerns the execution of maintenance, repairs, replacement and development of areas of national roads and associated foot paths in Buskerud and Innlandet. Measures are being taken to promote accessibility and traffic safety and to reduce environmental impact. Measures shall be implemented where these are not already included in operational contracts or trade specific maintenance contracts. The aim of the initiatives is, among other things, to achieve improvement or correct geometry, wearing ability, stability, drainage, road width and forgiving side terrain in accordance with the requirements of the manuals. The contract length is the period from signing the contract in 2025 to the end of 2027-11-28. The intention is to enter into a framework agreement with up to three contractors in each area, a total of up to 15 contractors. The size of the award of maintenance resources will regulate the turnover in the framework agreement. The maximum turnover for the framework agreement is NOK 600 million. The estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 200 million per annum. The assignments are divided into measures above and under NOK 5 million. Call-offs for measures over NOK 5 million will occur through mini-competitions involving the three contractors in one area. Measures under NOK 5 million will be awarded directly.
