Description:
Framework agreement for maintenance of gas facilities The purpose of the procurement is to enter into contracts that cover Stavanger municipality and Sandnes municipality's needs for annual maintenance of gas plants with flammable gas in category 1 and 2, as well as material, equipment and facilities that are necessary for the work. The procurement also includes planning, installation of new facilities, dismantling of existing facilities, purification of system water, changes and repairs, as well as completion inspection and three-yearly systematic condition inspection of the gas plants. The municipalities intend to enter into a framework agreement with one joint supplier, who will associate an independent inspector (subcontractor - separate legal entity) to carry out a final inspection and three-yearly systematic condition inspection of the gas plants. The framework agreement is described in more detail in the tender documents, part II Contract documents with annexes.
