Framework agreement for manual extinguishing equipment
Maintenance and service of manual extinguishing equipment, as well as purchase and replacement of manual extinguishing equipment. The framework agreement's main area is control and service, but also includes delivery of new extinguishing equipment when existing equipment must be replaced, or there is a need for additional equipment. The framework agreement must ensure that Oslobygg's manual fire extinguishing equipment is checked and maintained and includes the repair/installation of hand extinguishers and fire hoses, destruction of hand fire extinguishers/waste management, control/setting up of plow signs and all work operations that are necessary for the equipment to function as intended. Oslobygg has approx. 2.8 million square meters of property and constantly new projects in the portfolio. There are currently hand extinguishers and fire hoses in more than 714 properties and 1119 buildings. Attached is an overview of the estimated number of fire extinguishers on each individual property/building, appendix 7. Our properties have more than 4,530 fire hoses and 5,690 hand extinguishers. The overview is not exhaustive, and it must be taken into account that there may be equipment and properties that are not is in the overview. The client points out that the estimated value is based on historical data and expected future needs.
