• Framework agreement media monitoring and administration tools for social media Background The Directorate for Building Quality (DiBK) must contribute to ensuring that safe, environmentally friendly and accessible housing and buildings are built in an efficient manner, and that the requirements for construction be complied with. Among other things, the Directorate works on simplifying the regulations, digitizing the construction case process and disseminating knowledge aimed at the construction industry, municipalities and private individuals. In order to take care of the social mission, DiBK has an increased and more time-critical information needs relating to mention of the directorate, the directorate's leaders and relevant professional and social matters. In order to handle inquiries and follow up on cases effectively, it is critical to uncover mentions, trends and events early on. DiBK today does not have adequate ongoing monitoring of relevant sources. In order to solve the social mission in a good way, there is a need for a more robust and user-friendly solution that provides a good overview and facilitates internal sharing. In addition, the Directorate needs tool for daily follow-up of social media, including publication in own channels. The procurement will therefore facilitate automated notification of defined keywords, easier overview and internal sharing, as well as better support for daily follow-up of the directorate's own channels in social media.
