- Framework agreement Medicines and multidose - Arendal municipality 2025 Arendal municipality must enter into a framework agreement on the supply of medicines and packaging of multidoses. The purpose of the acquisition is to ensure safe, efficient and cost-saving drug handling. The municipality has great focus on there being good cooperation between the parties to ensure good routines and procedures so that indirect costs are reduced, and at the same time that medicines and multi-dose packaging must be delivered at competitive prices. With reduction of indirect costs means that healthcare personnel should spend as little time as possible on checking multidoses, driving to pharmacies and telephones. The agreement does not apply to pharmaceutical services such as consultancy, auditing/supervision
