Framework agreement for microscopes (lab) to the healthcare institutions in Central Norway Version 2 Framework agreement on microscopes to be used in laboratory medicine clinics in the areas of Helse Midt-Norge. The agreement gives the customer the right to purchase goods or equipment that are covered by The agreement within the scope and duration of the agreement. The agreement establishes no obligation for the Customer to purchase a specific volume/quantity. The customer reserves the right to carry out its own/other procurements rather than making use of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is therefore not exclusive. The purpose of the agreement is to establish general provisions for the purchase of the Goods.
