• Framework agreement for Microsoft/Adobe licenses, license management and cloud services Background The Directorate for Building Quality (DiBK) is to acquire a new framework agreement with the aim of establishing a more centralized and standardized license management, as well as strengthened reporting for compliance for Microsoft and Adobe licenses, including associated cloud services. The need is driven by the desire for better control throughout the entire license life cycle, reduced risk of license deviations and increased compliance with current license conditions. The acquisition will also contribute to a better overview of actual use, license coverage and cost development, as well as strengthened documentation and traceability during internal and external audits. DiBK needs license management and reporting to be based on relevant information and updated source systems, and that the solution supports automated processes related to onboarding and offboarding, ordering, changes and terminations. This is to ensure that the basis for granting and revoking licenses at all times is the best possible correct and up-to-date, and that deviations can be detected and handled in an efficient and verifiable manner.
