- Telemark county shall enter into a new framework agreement with one tenderer for the purchase of mineral water. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure the delivery of mineral water to competitive terms. User locations will i.a. include canteens and restaurant and food subjects in sixth form colleges. Delivery of goods can occur to other county entities, if necessary. The tenderer shall be a full assortment supplier within the product area.
