• Framework agreement for modernization and digital development The procurement concerns the establishment of a framework agreement for the purchase of consultancy services within digital development and modernisation. The main purpose of this procurement is to ensure the Customer's access to expertise and capacity and expertise that the Customer needs related to digital development and that contributes to realizing the focus areas in the Digitization Strategy. The Customer has started an AI investment and has, among other things, established an AI solution for mail reception that has been put to use by the owner municipalities. The customer needs assistance to continue the digital transformation, where the use of data, automation and artificial intelligence will be key tools. The assistance can include advice, development, implementation and further development of digital solutions, including work with digital transformation, innovation, service development and profit realization. The assistance will mainly include the hiring of individual resources with specialized expertise, but may also include smaller teams if necessary. The assignments will be carried out as calls under the framework agreement, based on either SSA-O or SSA-B, depending on the nature and needs of the assignment. The framework agreement will contribute to strengthening DGI's and the owner municipalities' ability to plan, develop, implement and manage digital solutions in an efficient and sustainable way.
