• Framework agreement for moving services for Harstad municipality Background Harstad municipality needs a framework agreement for moving services that covers ongoing and varied moving needs across units. The need arises in particular with frequent moves in municipal housing, settlement and relocation under the auspices of the Unit for Integration, the Unit for Life Management and Nav, as well as reorganizations with office moves. The purpose is to ensure sufficient capacity and a uniform implementation, so that relocation assignments are carried out safely and efficiently, with gentle handling of inventory, equipment and any sensitive content. The framework agreement will simplify ordering and coordination and reduce administrative burden and risk. Description of the assignment The procurement concerns a framework agreement for moving services to Harstad municipality. The assignments will vary in type, scope and complexity, and may include municipal housing, office premises, nursing homes and other institutions, as well as schools and kindergartens. The framework agreement must include carrying and transport, and may include packaging, labelling, unpacking, goods handling, disassembly and assembly.
