Description:
Framework agreement for multifunction machine (MFP) - Lease The purpose of the procurement is to establish a standardized and cost-effective hardware solution for copying, printing and scanning in the OFA collaboration. The acquisition includes the rental of multifunction machines (MFP) which must support secure printing and be fully compatible with the client's chosen software for printing and document management. This applies to ControlSuite during the transition period and PaperCut as a future joint solution. The software is not included in this the framework agreement. The machine park must be environmentally friendly, user-friendly and easy to administer, and facilitate efficient operation throughout the contract period. The lease must include all necessary service and maintenance, so that the client is not burdened other costs than those stated in the tender documents. The framework agreement shall give the clients an option per machine for the acquisition of smaller printers and plotters.
