The Storting needs to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the operation and management of the Storting's outdoor areas. Operation and maintenance of the outdoor areas shall take place every day of the year, and the outdoor areas should appear neat, well taken care of and respectable at all times. The work will take place at Eidsvolls Square, Wessels Plass, Akersgata and in the Storting Quarter. In addition, there will be a need for removal of snowmobile when entering the goods reception in Rådhusgata during the winter season.
