Framework Agreement Organizational Development 2025
We have 35 managers, divided into 7 in the top management group and 28 department directors. In recent years, we have recruited several new leaders, both in the top management and among the department directors. In addition to building networks across managers, there is a need to ensure uniform management culture in the Directorate, including the pursuit of Udir's personnel policy. In 2025, new goals for the Directorate were adopted (can be read in the allocation letter for 2025). The introduction of these, together with requirements and changes that comes from outside, will lead to new ways of working and set other requirements for leadership in Udir. Among other things, this involves work on digital transformation and adjacent themes, new organizational framework conditions, as well as a more agil approach to change and restructuring. This will be an ongoing work during the contract period.
