Description:
Karmøy municipality invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for consultancy services in order to prepare development plans, change development plans and assist with reports, professional reports, technical drawings etc. in connection with municipal planning work. The services shall be prepared by experts with knowledge on zoning plans, the Planning and Building Act and other legislation that governs this. The Consultant shall be able to submit a complete plan proposal for a zoning plan with a plan map, provisions, plan description, ROS analysis and assessment of consequences in accordance with the current legislation. The Consultant shall follow the entire planning process from the start of the plan to the final decision. The framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer and it will be valid for 2 years and 1+1 in option. The value of the procurement is estimated to be between NOK 5 million and NOK 7 million (excluding VAT) over 4 years.
