Klepp municipality, hereinafter referred to as the client, invites to an open tender for a framework agreement for plumbing services and associated materials. The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover the client's planned and urgent needs for plumbing work, as well as associated material. This involves ongoing and operation-related (executive) plumbing services, as well as any internal control in connection with the existing building stock. The client currently owns approx. 87,380 sq m. purpose-built buildings and 236 homes. In addition, the client currently rents approx. 100 housing units. Some work related to the municipality's responsibility as a tenant must be expected. It must be taken into account that the existing building stock may change during the contract period.Plumbing services may include, but are not limited to: Delivery and installation of water and drainage lines, Delivery and installation of wiring networks, equipment and fittings in sanitary facilities, delivery and installation of wiring networks, equipment and fittings in water-bearing heating and cooling systems, delivery, installation and equipping of technical centers with all associated components, delivery and installation of other facilities, such as sprinklers, interior design; use of the proportional method, pump adjustment and documentation on water-bearing systems, Work in connection with water treatment plants, Delivery and installation of water treatment systems; adjustment of corrosive water in water-bearing systems, carrying out service work and maintenance for al... - Documents:
