Framework Agreement Plumbing Services for Tvedestrand Municipality
The purpose and content of the procurement: The client needs to enter into a framework agreement for plumbing services carried out on the municipality's properties. The framework agreement includes plumbing services to be used both on the maintenance and investment budget. The acquisition includes, among other things, the following benefits: • Maintenance and incidental work • Planned maintenance jobs and projects of variable sizes • Emergency repairs • Newbuilding, however, will also follow the delivery of some material, as it will in many cases be appropriate for the supplier to carry the material that is necessary related to the execution of the assignment. Although the acquisition includes some material, it is emphasized that this agreement does not provide any exclusivity on the delivery of such material, and that the client is otherwise not obliged to buy material from the supplier. The client is thus free to buy material from our other framework agreements and still use the contract supplier for work to be carried out without surcharge in the agreed prices for work.
