• Description:
• Framework agreement for printing services and profiling products with an option for graphic design The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for the purchase of printing services and profiling products with an option for assignments on graphic design. Design hours related to layout/layout of printing services and profile articles will naturally belong to the framework agreement, but the option belongs to assignments within graphic design. The framework agreement is entered into for a period of 2 years with a unilateral option to extend the agreement by 1 + 1 year for the client. Option must be triggered min. 4 months before the end of the agreement. Within the option for assignments within graphic design, the following agreement periods apply: - The first option for assignments within graphic design will be 04.05.2026 - 01.10.2026, then mainly for Norwegian Railway Museum. - The client will then survey our need for graphic design, and would like to be able to trigger the option in line with the remaining contract period for the framework agreement if the need persists. The procurement's estimated value over the entire contract term, including options is approx. 3 MNOK, e.g. VAT The upper limit (maximum ceiling) of the framework agreement is set at NOK 4.5 million. This is due to upcoming projects which may increase the information material category, as well as relocation of locations at the client which may increase the need for meeting room decor. If the need for graphic design is maintained, this is also in accordance with upper frame.
