Description : The Norwegian Customs hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest, where the objective is to enter into a framework agreement for procuring consultancy services. The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure that the Norwegian Customs has access to consultancy services for the following fields:
• System development
• IT-security
• IT-operations and infrastructure
• Project management, process management, and project support
• Business development
• Finance and administration
The Norwegian Customs would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer that will cover the procurement of consultancy services within all of these fields.
Attention is drawn to the fact that the Norwegian Customs, in addition to this framework agreement, plans to made one or more procurements of consultancy services for system development fields.
