Description:
The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement to increase the production of recyclable energy at 9 of the county's upper secondary schools. It will be aimed at choosing an entrepreneur for the southern part of the county and one for the northern part of the county. The division is intended to be in Trondheim where the Trondheim schools and south are defined as south while Malvik and the schools north are defined as the north. , both electrical and thermal, and the use of greenhouse gas calculations as a decision tool to help Trøndelag county municipality achieve the goal of zero emissions.
