Description:
Framework agreement for the provision of consulting engineering services Sunnhordland Innkjøpforum on behalf of the municipalities of Bømlo, Stord, Fitjar, Kvinnherad and Tysnes invites a competition for the conclusion of a framework agreement for consulting engineering services. The agreement must ensure flexible and predictable access to the necessary expertise for planning, engineering and follow-up of building and construction projects. The framework agreement covers the entire project cycle - from early need clarification and concept phase, via pre-project and detailed project, to the construction phase, commissioning, takeover and complaint follow-up. The assignments will vary in nature, duration and complexity, from smaller single assignments to larger projects, and may take place in parallel at several locations. The agreement must be able to cover simultaneous assignments for several business areas and locations in the region, and will thus also handle capacity variations over time.
