Framework agreement for the purchase of car management services and leasing of cars
The client shall enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for the following services: car management, electronic driving book, operational leasing of cars, liability insurance and disposal of self -owned cars. The client currently has 417 cars. Through the agreement, the client wants an optimization of car management and access to functional and environmentally friendly cars. The client has businesses throughout Norway. The duration of the agreement is 2 years with the possibility of options for an extension of 2 (two) + 2 (two) year at a time. The economic framework over 6 years is estimated at up to 300 MNOK excl. VAT., Based on previous years' experiences and accounting figures. The sum is only indicative and does not entail any obligation for the client. Call of the framework agreement will depend on, among other things. Annual budget allocations and priorities.
