Framework agreement for the purchase of electrician services in Sigdal municipality
The aim is to conclude framework agreements with up to 2 suppliers, with allocation according to the waterfall principle. In Sigdal municipality, it is the technical sector the organizational unit that has overall operational responsibility for municipal buildings and roads. The client hereby invites to a competition for the conclusion of a framework agreement for 2+1+1 years applicable general electrical installations in municipal buildings as well as street lights on municipal roads and squares. The framework agreement shall cover the client's needs for establishment, control, maintenance, service, repair/replacement and calculation/project planning of all electrical installations including emergency power units in the municipalities' buildings. Furthermore, there will be a need for troubleshooting on automated systems, e.g. fiber cables, emergency lighting, ventilation and heating systems, systems for water and sewage treatment, etc., as well as carrying out internal/condition checks and rectification of deviations/remarks after inspection of electrical systems and installations. In addition, the agreement must cover the client's needs for operation, maintenance, repairs and establishment of street lighting on municipal roads and squares. For larger building and construction projects, the client reserves the right to launch its own competition.
