Description:
The Ministry is responsible for renting, administering, furnishing and furnishing office premises and the representation part of official residences at the foreign stations. Construction/furnishing projects and furnishing projects of various sizes are being engineered and executed. The Ministry of Foreign Ministry will primarily handle the programming and sketch phase in construction/furnishing projects, but will leave the actual execution/execution of the project to either Statsbygg or a local project manager/contractor. The Ministry will primarily use these projects as the orderer, planner and follow-up. The phases in a construction/fitting project can be everything from programming to completion and hand-over to the customer. In furnishing projects the Norwegian Directorate of Foreign Affairs will be responsible for the entire project and the phases here can be everything from mapping and needs analyses to on-site implementation. The interior architect shall be able to participate in and assist with the different phases of the projects, where the assignments must be understood in light of the role of THE Agency. A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer. The framework agreement period is 2 years from contract signing. The contracting authority has the right to extend the framework agreement for a further one year at a time, up to 2 times (2+1+1).
