Description:
In order to safeguard the National Brand Programme, the Contracting Authority wants to enter into a framework agreement with one provider of media services for Merkevaren Norge. Media consultancy and procurement Merkevaren Norge needs media consultancy and procurements against B2B and B2C target groups, including analysis and campaign handling within social media and other digital channels, some content production adapted to social and digital channels in general. The contracting authority needs both consultancy and practical implementation from our pending partner. Strategic consultancy in some situations, e.g. when awarding new assignments, Innovation will Norway need a strategic discussion partner and external observer. It can be in the information or communication activities and if you want to reach out in the media. See SSA-R-Bilag 1 for further information.
