Framework agreement for the purchase of software This is a framework agreement on the delivery of licenses and license services as well as ongoing advice and assistance related to the optimal composition of such licenses and services. The customer needs a high degree of flexibility in ordering, use and management of licenses and services. The customer has a stated goal of cost efficiency and optimal utilization of the license portfolio, and wants to limit the ordered license volume to what is necessary to cover actual needs. The delivery must facilitate ongoing assessment and optimal composition of license types that at all times meet the users' needs and applicable security requirements.
