Framework agreement for the purchase of ventilation filters for Rauma municipality
The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract on the framework agreement for the purchase of ventilation filters for buildings and properties in the municipality. List of properties is shown in the attached Excel form. The form shows one year of consumption, but variations may occur depending on changes in the load of the buildings during the contract period. Changes in the number of buildings and the need for filters for each building may occur during the framework agreement period. The framework agreement has an annual expected consumption of NOK 500,000 excl. VAT, and will have a duration of two years with another plus one option year for up to a total of four years. If the municipality of Rauma wishes to trigger the option year, the supplier will be notified by the supplier no later than 2 months before the option year will take effect. The total value of the framework agreement over the four years is estimated to amount to NOK 2 MNOK ex. VAT.
