• Framework agreement for recruitment assistance (levels 2-4) to DiBK Background The Directorate for Building Quality (DiBK) needs professional assistance for recruitment as a result of many parallel recruitment processes for positions at level 2-4. The need applies in particular search/headhunting for management positions and capacity to relieve internal HR and line management in carrying out the processes. The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement that ensures high quality and efficient progress in the recruitment work, at the same time that the processes are carried out in line with requirements that apply to public enterprises, including requirements for publicity, impartiality and processing of personal data. Description of the assignment DiBK will establish a framework agreement with one supplier for recruitment assistance for positions at level 2-4, including department directors, section managers, senior advisers and subject specialists. The framework agreement will be used in particular for the recruitment of key roles within construction and regulatory expertise, as well as legal and procurement professional positions. If necessary, the framework agreement can also be used for other relevant specialist roles. Assignments are ordered on call according to DiBK's needs. The supplier must be able to assist in the entire recruitment process at the individual call-off, from the preparation of requirements profile and carrying out searches for screening and candidate presentation, as well as other recruitment activities that are relevant to the scope of the assignment.
