- Description:
- The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a recruitment company with special competence in management recruitment within the higher education sector. Tenderers shall be able to provide assistance with recruitment of managers, middle managers and employees with special expertise. The framework agreement shall assist the USN in obtaining competence at a high level so that the institution reaches its strategic objectives and operates efficiently and within the frameworks of general regulations. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for a 2 year extension. The value of the agreement is estimated to be between NOK 2-3 million excluding VAT.
