Framework agreement rental agency services
The purpose of the contracts is to cover the geographical area where Nye Veier needs rental brokerage services. Nye Veier has homes and other properties in the future corridor for Nye Veier or track, or otherwise comes into direct or indirect conflict with their facility. These properties are to be rented out temporarily in the period from when the land acquisition is completed until the properties are to be demolished or sold at a later date. In this connection, Nye Veier needs rental brokerage services in the geographical area of its properties. The procurement is divided into three sub-contracts according to geographical areas: Sub-contract 1: Eastern Norway and Inland Sub-contract 2: South-west Sub-contract 3: Tr0ndelag NB! Common documents for all subcontracts are in Subcontract 1. A framework agreement with one supplier for each of the partial contracts. Bidders can submit bids for one, two or three of the subcontracts. The desired start date for the agreement is 8 February 2026.
