- We send out the tender documentation for a framework agreement for white goods and small electrical appliances for a hearing with potential suppliers in the market to ensure that the competition coming in later is fair and inclusive. Central elements in the tender documentation that are sent out for consultation are the requirement specifications and the price form. The hearing aims at uncovering whether the tender documentation contains elements that can be competitive or that could otherwise favour or prevent tenderers from submitting a tender. By holding a hearing, we would like to identify potential obstacles, ensure fair competition, improve the tender documentation and increase transparency in the procurement process. We encourage all potential suppliers to give their feedback and input. Responses to the input can be sent in the communication module in Mercell. The deadline for submitting replies is 07.04.2025.
