• Framework agreement for road, water and sewerage and geotechnical consultancy services Færder municipality, at the Operations and facilities section, invites to an open tender for the procurement of framework agreements for consultancy services for roads, water and drainage. Geotechnical consultancy will be included as part of the VA and road design, respectively. (This means that providers must either have geotechnical advice within their own organization or make a binding agreement (Commitment Agreement) with a subcontractor for geotechnical advice.) The procurement includes framework agreement for consulting services for roads, water and sewerage and geotechnics. That is Work tasks that can be triggered within the framework agreement are: Preparation of sketch, preliminary and detailed projects and preparation of tender documents for road, water and sewage systems (possibly also master plans for water and sewage, remediation plans and modelling). Responsible applicant for VA and road projects. Necessary geotechnical assessments in connection with the design of VVA facilities. Independent controller of Geotechnics Geotechnical assistance in case of emergency repairs of the VA network in challenging areas. The contract period is 4 years including options for prolongation by 1 + 1 year (ie 2 + 1 + 1 year). It is the client's unilateral right to prolong the agreement. The agreement is automatically extended by 1 year after the two the first years, unless the client terminates the agreement 3 months before the end of the agreement period.
