• Description:
• The Norwegian Parliament Administration shall enter into a framework agreement for security and stand-by consultancy services, and invites tenderers to submit tender offers. Parallel framework agreements shall be signed with three tenderers. The framework agreement will mainly include consultancy services that shall ensure the Norwegian Parliament access to updated, relevant and high competence in order to strengthen the Norwegian Parliament ́s security and preparedness, as well as the Norwegian Parliament ́s ability to function under all circumstances. The framework agreement will include, among other things, the sub areas security management, risk management, stand-by and crisis management, information security, object and infrastructure security and project security. The assignments will be awarded directly and partly in accordance with mini competitions. Assignments under the framework agreement will be reordered according to hours used in accordance with the agreed hourly rates.
