Description:
The agreement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for a total supplier for sound, lighting and stage equipment, as well as staffing and consultancy for planning and implementing the festival ́s main production in Harstad. The main production will be carried out annually in the summer. The tenderer shall coordinate and deliver engineering in cooperation with the Contracting Authority's production manager. Some of the Contracting Authority's venues have technical frameworks in place, but may require supplements within personnel or equipment, as well as several locations where a stage must be built with full delivery of sound, lighting and sufficient manpower for performing arts and concerts. In addition tenderers must, via an internet based production tool, seek out technical specifications for the different productions, which shall form the basis for ordering the Contracting Authority. This work takes place in dialogue with the production manager or the person who has been delegated responsibility for this.
