Description:
The Norwegian Coastal Administration, hereafter referred to as the client, invites to open tender competition for entering into a framework agreement on investigations and analyzes. The framework agreement mainly includes basic basic surveys in the Norwegian Coastal Administration's development projects. Measurements in the sea, sediment surveys, studies related to biodiversity and geotechnical and geological studies with associated analyzes in all fields will be carried out through this agreement. The scope of the framework agreement depends on which projects are prioritized in NTP and the Norwegian Coastal Administration's action program. Economically, the agreement is estimated to be NOK 13 - 16 million per year and a total financial framework of up to NOK 64 million during the contract period without this means that this means that the Norwegian Coastal Administration is obliged to buy a certain amount. The scope of work may vary during the contract period. The actual volume of the framework agreement shall be distributed between 3 suppliers according to a distribution key that gives all 3 suppliers a certain proportion of the total sum for call.
