  • Framework Agreement - Tomic Services
    Nore and Uvdal municipality are responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of their own buildings and technical facilities. The municipality's building stock consists of, among other things, schools, kindergartens, health and care buildings, sports facilities, office buildings, cultural buildings, as well as operating buildings related to the municipality's water and sewerage facilities (water facilities). The building stock varies in age and standard, and there is a need for ongoing maintenance, repairs, rebuilding and upgrades. In addition, the municipality is responsible for new and smaller construction projects that may require carpentry expertise. In order to ensure predictable access to qualified carpentry services and maintain the desired standard of building and construction, the municipality wants to establish a framework agreement. The municipality reserves the right to use other suppliers from individual work if the conditions so require, at the estimated project cost of exceeding 0.15 million and for work that is included in total contracts or other major tenders. The purpose of the framework agreement is to meet the municipality's need for professional, efficient and cost -effective carpentry services.
