Short Description: Vestfold and Telemark County Council shall establish a new framework agreement for cards and users of the TT scheme, data solution for the operation of the TT card and operation of the data solution. The competition applies to the delivery of administration services for Vestfold and Telemark County Council, Payment Card (TT Card), Customer Service, and Support to Users entering the scheme. New solution should be implemented and operated from 1 April 2022.
