Description : The contracting authority, Sirkula IKS, (and if an option is taken up, Hias IKS), would like to establish a framework agreement with one tenderer so that it can in a cost efficient and environmentally sound way procure tyres and tyre services for vehicles and site machines. If the option for Hias IKS is taken up, a separate contract will be signed on the same terms. Hias IKS and Sirkula IKS will be independent of each other as regards taking up the options for contract extensions.
The framework agreement will cover the contracting authority's need for tyres and tyre services for the available vehicle park. It includes tyres for passenger cars, goods vans, lorries, wheeled loaders, trailers, trucks, mobile rolling compactors, and other machines that require tyres at the contracting authority's locations. The list is not exhaustive. The vehicles have different tyre dimensions.
