Framework agreement for the use of an explosive detection dog The Norwegian Water and Wastewater Agency (VAV) needs the use of explosive detection dogs to reduce the risk where the VAV has to rehabilitate/renovate previously blasted areas (trenches/rocks/tunnels). There is a danger of renegades (remaining explosives) in several of the projects, and the use of explosive detection dogs will be a risk-reducing SHA measure. See Appendix 3 - Requirements specification for further information on the need.
