Description:
Lillesand municipality invites tenderers to apply for a licence for assistance hours in the scheme for user-controlled personal assistance BPA. There are currently 8 users in Lillesand municipality who have a decision on the BPA. BPA is rights based in the Patient and User Rights Act. This means that users who have decided on BPA can choose to have the service provided by the municipal service or by one of several private service providers. Up to 6 of the best tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirements and the minimum requirements will be awarded a licence. Lillesand municipality (the Contracting Authority) shall procure a framework agreement with up to 6 private tenderers for health and social services type User managed personal assistance (BPA). The contract period is 2 (two) years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. The procurement ́s value is estimated to NOK 120 million. during the contract period, including options.
