Framework Agreement VA - Material (Pipe Departies, Gategods)
The products will be used for municipal technical operation, maintenance and rehabilitation, as well as smaller new plants carried out by the client. Based on figures from the previous framework agreement and expected consumption, the total value of the framework agreement is estimated at 12 million. The maximum value for the entire contract period is set at NOK 15 million. Future scope is nevertheless uncertain because it will vary as a result of municipal grants and needs. This is just an estimate And does not entail no obligations for the client, or rights to the supplier. The client reserves the right to terminate the agreement without compensation if the maximum value limit is exceeded. The client has no obligation to buy under the agreement and can therefore freely announce its own Competition for individual assignments where the client finds appropriate.
