Description:
Framework agreement on ventilation services including material
The purpose of this procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements for the supply of ventilation services including necessary material to Bodø municipality. The agreements shall cover the municipality's needs for ventilation services in connection with operation, maintenance and replacement of the municipality's buildings. This includes, among other things, troubleshooting, repairs, service and installation of ventilation technical equipment and facilities. The duration of the framework agreement will be 2 years with an option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1+1 years, for a maximum of 4 years in total. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between 2 MNOK and 2.5 MNOK excl. VAT per year. This corresponds to between NOK 8 million and NOK 10 million excl. VAT for the entire agreement period of a maximum of four years (incl. options). The maximum financial framework for the framework agreement (incl. options) is NOK 12 million excl. VAT.
