Framework agreement for visibility clothing and protective equipment adapted to the construction site
There is also a need for some other work clothes, for example "craft clothes" for technical personnel. Based on previous experience and expected increased consumption during the framework agreement period, the estimated value of the contract is estimated at up to approx. NOK 1,490,000 ex. VAT The estimate bears the stamp of great uncertainty linked to, among other things, the progress in the construction of the new government quarter, and is not binding for the client. The framework agreement shall have a duration of two (2) years with the option of extension for a further one plus one (1+1) year, for a total of 4 years. The parties to the framework agreement are free to order products from the Supplier's other product range. The client reserves the right to undertake purchase of products from this agreement outside the agreement if the supplier does not have this in its range or cannot deliver within a reasonable time. For a more detailed description of the delivery, see appendix 1 to the contract (Customer's requirements specification). Contracting parties DSS is a contracting party. In addition to DSS, the contracts must apply to the following businesses: • The Storting • The Ministry of Finance • The Ministry of Justice and Emergency Preparedness • The Ministry of Agriculture and Food
