Description:
INNSIKT is a strategic cooperation between the waste companies Hadeland and Ringerike Avfallsselskap AS (HRA), Horisont Miljøpark IKS (Horisont), Renovasjonsselskapet GLØR IKS (GLØR), Sirkula IKS and Sør-Østerdal Interkommunale Renovasjonsselskap IKS (SØIR). The procurement cooperation in INNSIKT is organised as an administrative and binding cooperation with Sirkula IKS as a host company. The companies that are part of the procurement cooperation are Horisont, HRA, GLØR and Sirkula.The contracting authority is GLØR IKS, which is owned by Gausdal, Lillehammer and Øyer municipalities. There are a total of approx. 40,000 inhabitants in the area and GLØR serves 29,000 households. In addition to the collection of household waste, GLØR operates 3 recycling stations, as well as a landfill and sorting facility. See further information: www.glor.no The subsidiary GLØR Partner AS shall be able to make call-offs on the agreement. The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer, who in a cost efficient and environmentally good manner covers the need for procurement of waste systems of both surface type and semi-buried systems.
